Storyline

Grace, a young woman with a troubled past in the foster care system, is marrying Alex Le Domas, the estranged son of a wealthy and eccentric board game dynasty. On their wedding night, Grace is informed of a peculiar family tradition: any new member joining the Le Domas family must play a game chosen by a mysterious antique box. The box contains various game cards, and the one drawn dictates the game to be played with the new spouse and the family. Grace, under pressure and eager to be accepted, participates and draws 'Hide-and-Seek'. She initially believes it's an innocent game, but her new in-laws, armed with an array of antique weapons from the family's collection, soon reveal their true intentions: they intend to hunt and kill her before dawn. The family believes they are bound by a pact made by their ancestor, Victor Le Domas, with a demonic entity named 'Mr. Le Bail'. According to the pact, if 'Hide-and-Seek' is drawn, the new spouse must be sacrificed before sunrise, or the entire Le Domas family will perish gruesomely. Grace's initial confusion turns to terror as she realizes her life is in imminent danger. She desperately tries to escape the sprawling mansion and its grounds, encountering various family members attempting to fulfill the ritual. Her husband, Alex, is conflicted, torn between his love for Grace and his family's dark tradition, often attempting to help her escape or impede his family, but usually failing or being too late. As Grace battles for survival, she is shot, falls into a pit of animal carcasses, and is nearly captured multiple times. She eventually manages to turn the tables, becoming more resourceful and aggressive in her fight for survival against her deranged in-laws. With dawn fast approaching, the family gathers for a final attempt to sacrifice her, believing their lives are at stake. However, Grace manages to hold them off until the sun begins to rise, signaling the failure of their ritual. One by one, as the sun fully clears the horizon, each member of the Le Domas family gruesomely explodes into a shower of blood and gore. Grace, covered in blood and traumatized, is the sole survivor, emerging from the now burning mansion as police and first responders arrive.
