Predator: Badlands

Storyline

In the remote and unforgiving landscape of the South Dakota Badlands, Deputy U.S. Marshal Lena Navarro is leading a specialized team on a high-stakes manhunt. Their target is Elias Thorne, a brilliant but disgraced ex-military survivalist wanted for treason. The chase is a tense battle of wits, with Thorne using the harsh terrain to his advantage against Navarro's skilled trackers. As the marshals close in on Thorne in an isolated canyon, their operation is violently ambushed by an unseen force. The team is systematically and brutally dismantled by a technologically superior hunter, whose shimmering camouflage and plasma weaponry defy explanation. Navarro and Thorne emerge as the only survivors, forced into a desperate and uneasy alliance. Together, they must pool their disparate skills—Navarro's tactical expertise and Thorne's intimate knowledge of survival and guerrilla warfare—to combat the extraterrestrial Predator that has claimed the Badlands as its personal hunting ground. The creature is a veteran hunter, drawn to the challenge of tracking two highly capable human warriors. Navarro and Thorne are pushed to their absolute limits, using the treacherous environment to set traps and evade their pursuer, while the Predator constantly adapts, learning their strategies and turning their own strengths against them in a relentless and bloody game of survival.
